Developed holiday campaign copy for Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s, creating digital signage and promotional messaging across in-store and digital experiences.

Developed copy for Nordstrom’s expanded alterations services and Nordstrom Local launch, translating tailoring into a clear, customer-focused in-store experience.
Nordstrom “Into the Blue” Campaign
Developed concept and copy for “Into the Blue,” a national resort campaign, partnering with creative and visual teams to execute across in-store environments nationwide.
Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
Supported concept development and copywriting for Nordstrom’s 2014–2015 Anniversary Sale 360 campaigns, helping shape seasonal themes and ensure consistency across in-store and digital experiences.
Bloomingdale’s | Lunar New Year Campaign & In-Store Experience
Supported the rollout of Lunar New Year storytelling across West Coast Bloomingdale’s stores, adapting campaign direction into localized in-store experiences through signage, merchandising, and customer-facing creative.
Massimo Dutti | U.S. Market Development & Brand Experience
Joined post-launch to support the development of Massimo Dutti’s U.S. presence, focusing on shaping a West Coast retail story that resonated with local customers. Collaborated with Canadian and international teams to inform a localized strategy and refine in-store storytelling and brand experience.
Nordstrom x Nike | Sneaker Boutique Concept Development
Contributed to the early development of the Nordstrom x Nike sneaker boutique, focusing on in-store storytelling and brand integration. Transitioned from Nordstrom prior to launch, having supported the foundational concept and experience.
SPACE at Nordstrom | Concept Launch & Brand Experience
Supported the launch of SPACE at Nordstrom, a boutique concept curated by Olivia Kim. Contributed to in-store storytelling and creative execution, helping translate a curated fashion vision into a cohesive retail experience.
TOPSHOP TOPMAN Launch At Nordstrom
One of my first major initiatives: the integration of the Topshop/Topman brands into the Nordstrom retail experience. This included aligning brand storytelling, in-store presentation, and customer-facing creative across multiple locations during the U.S. launch.

The ONE Shop is a full blown online store consisting of branded apparel, accessories, and business essentials with above-and-beyond pop-up shops at annual events, producing hundreds of thousands of dollars each year in revenue
